Lark Says
Perhaps the color scheme is another reason Ine was drawn to the place.

Description
Question, "What are your apartments like? How do you like them?" We see a floor plan that includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and kitchen and dining area. The beds are labeled Kraal, Chris, Ine, and Dil. Krall's desk is labeled, "Life-like Kraal statue." There's a label in Ine and Dil's room that says "Tripwires," one on the closet that says, "Booby trapped," and one on the boiler room that says, "Booby trap supplies." The living room is labeled, "Disputed territory," the table as "Sustenance," and the kitchen as "Chris' Domain." Ine's voice responds, "Apple Orchard Apartments has been great so far! It's not the cheapest, but there's plenty of space and it's walking distance from campus.
Then we see Ine smiling and giving a sidelong look at Dil as he says, "And having a roommate has actually been kind of fun, provided I watch my step." Dil smirks back at him and says, "What's that look for?"
Then we see June and Mally gesturing towards a map that shows the different apartment buildings, half of which are colored red and half of which are green. A map key shows a red apple labled "Men" and a green apple labeled "Women." One of the red apartments is labeled 20, with another label pointing to it that says "Ine, Dil, Chris, and Kraal, 2nd level." One of the green apartments is labeled 9, with another label pointing to it that says "June and Mally, 1st level." Mally says, "June and I have the same set-up, except flipped, and we have private rooms. It's more expensive, but the extra space and privacy are nice." June says, "Especially since I'm a light-sleeper and she's an early-riser."
